Removing the old heating element was really difficult as the sealant had set like rock. Perseverence and the appropriate use of heat that was essential resulted in it being successfully removed. The new element was then installed and the job was completed successfully. We once again have hot water.

The team were so efficient, came next day and went above and beyond when inspecting my boiler issues. No stone was left unturned to solve my problem, the team were determined to fix the issue and not simply quote for a new boiler and piping. Extremely good value for money compared with other companies and very knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Had a new shower fitted and pipes lowered below the floorboards and others renewed. Did a fantastic job. Had to wait for a while before the work could be done as they were very busy.

Excellent service. Not the cheapest quote or most expensive but relieved excellent service for our shower replacement. Glen was very considerate and an old school tradesman. Attention to detail and tidiness throughout as well as keeping us formed. From start to finish we were listened to and our needs met. Thier new showroom was definitely worth a visit to actually see the products and combinations available, much bett than the on line "offerings" which were confusing and once purchased I would imagine could cause issues if not exactly what you wanted. We paid a little bit more, but we got exactly what we wanted, hassle free, and knowing that there were no hidden extras. Excellent service & excellent staff

I struggled to find a local plumbing company that could actually be relied on. Enter Lockwoods, the superman of plumbers! Really great service. Good communication throughout and arrived promptly. Excellent workmanship, nice tidy job and exactly what we wanted (new toilet fitting and radiator replacement). Just a first class service. We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to have their bathroom upgraded. Gary was 1st class and took his time over every aspect of our refurbishment. I would also like to add how clean they kept our house while the work was being carried out on a daily basis.

After a short delay on a parts delivery the installation of my upgraded bathroom was back on schedule and completed to a very satisfactory standard.

The second time Lockwood's have done the annual service on my boiler. Easy to make the appointment, they sent a reminder email beforehand, the engineer arrived promptly and did the work cleanly and efficiently. Will be getting them back next year.

Fantastic service- very professional work upgrading our house with two new bathrooms and a larger kitchen, taking out walls and replacing windows with bifold doors. We were able to still live in the house whilst all the renovations were being carried out due to the care taken to keep all living areas clean and dust free. Took a long time to find such a worthy company. Would recommend them 100%
